Toby Wilson is a previous Golden Gloves Amateur/Pro Boxer with over 27 years of boxing, fitness, dieting and training experience who grew up in Brockton, Massachusetts, the City of Champions and trained under one of the most reputable names in the sport. Boxing is my passion! Together we will reach your goals. So many people say "I always wanted to try boxing." Anyone can do this. I promise you will enjoy this workout and working with me while you get in the best shape of your life. Every class is different so you will never be bored and we always have some laughs. No prior experience is needed.

ABOUT TOTAL BODY BOXING

Boxing has become one of the most popular fitness routines. We have a really great, fun, friendly group of people here. Beginners are always welcome. Learn to box from a Professional Boxer, get in the best shape of your life. We have all womens non contact classes, mens boxing classes, coed boxing classes, bootcamps, cardio classes, abs extreme , dumbbell conditioning classes, kids/youth non contact boxing classes and private fitness/boxing training. Members are all ages, shapes, sizes, fitness levels. Learn at your own pace. Most members had never put on a pair of gloves and now they love the workout. Boxers are some of the fittest of athletes as it works the entire body. WHY BOXING? Because any height, weight, body type, age and gender can do it, boxing is a sport that anyone can participate in. Even if you have never put on a pair of boxing gloves, boxing is a fantastic all around workout, it’s fun and empowering. Benefits include weight loss, increased agility, muscle toning and great overall conditioning. Boxing is great for men, women, couples all ages and fitness levels!     

I'M NOT IN GREAT SHAPE, CAN I REALLY DO THIS? YES! absolutely! I will customize a workout program based on YOUR fitness level, go at your pace and WE will work together to achieve your specific goals.

I ALWAYS THOUGHT BOXING WAS "JUST FOR MEN? Boxing/Punchfit for women is becoming increasingly popular as they have discovered it's a great way to get in shape,  tone up, lose weight. We offer all female group boxing/punchfit classes or one on one private lessons. Some members like to partner up with a friend/family member to make it more fun and motivate each other.

DO I HAVE TO SPAR? NO. Absolutely not.

DO YOU SUGGEST PRIVATE LESSONS or SHOULD I DO A CLASS?  We offer private lessons and classes. I suggest taking whichever you are more comfortable with. Many students in also take my private lessons. 

AM I TOO OLD OR TOO YOUNG TO LEARN HOW TO BOX?
Age is just a number! Our students are all ages and fitness levels. 

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR? Anything that you feel comfortable to work out in. You will sweat. You will need hand wraps and 14 or 16 oz boxing gloves(available at most sporting goods stores) but you can borrow our boxing gloves/wraps for the free trial week.

I AM A BEGINNER, I HAVE NEVER BOXED, WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
Most members have never boxed before but have always wanted to try it. You will learn all the basics in your first class.

CAN I DO THIS? YES, YOU ABSOLUTELY CAN! We do a lot of repetition until you get it right and you will learn all the basic punches in the first class. What are you waiting for? Try it, you will be hooked!
