CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

HIIT

Get ready to unleash your energy and push your boundaries with our coed HIIT class. This heart-pounding, high-energy workout combines body weight, kettle bells, and resistance bands to deliver an intense exercise with brief recovery moments. Prepare to torch calories, supercharge your endurance, and turbocharge your metabolism.

 

Dumbbells

Join our coed dumbbells class and embark on a journey to build and shape your muscles like never before. You'll target every muscle group with a variety of light weight, high rep and/or high weight, low rep dumbbell exercises to build lean muscle, enhance your cardiovascular performance, and amplify your overall power.

 

Boxing Technique

Our coed boxing technique class, suitable for ages 15 and up, is your path to boxing mastery. Our instructors will guide you in perfecting every aspect of the sport, from footwork and technically precise punches to impenetrable defenses. (Not recommended for beginners)

Boxing Drills

Get ready to torch calories with our coed boxing drills class and experience the ultimate full-body workout. Learn the art of boxing through repetition and combination punching, master fundamental techniques, and engage in heart-racing drills that elevate your cardio endurance and enhance your coordination.

 

Women’s Dumbbells

Designed with women in mind, this class focuses on strength training with a variety of low weight, high rep dumbbell exercises. Build lean muscle and elevate your overall fitness while connecting with other women.

 

10 Rounds Boxing

Push your stamina, strength, and determination while fine tuning your boxing skills as you conquer 10 rounds of intense boxing drills and conditioning exercises. Classes will typically include 3 min of intense heavy bag, speed bag, and/or double-end bag drills, and mitt work, with 30-60 sec of rest. Great for beginners or advanced boxers.

Women’s Boxing

Join our women's boxing class and tap into your inner power. This class combines bag drills and mitt work with boxing circuit training focused on enhancing your boxing skills. Learn the art of boxing and boost your overall fitness while connecting with other women.

Boxing and Dumbbells

The Perfect Fusion of Power! Combine the best of both worlds in our coed boxing and dumbbells class. Experience a dynamic workout that seamlessly integrates heart-pounding heavy bag drills for cardio with a variety of dumbbell exercises for strength and conditioning.

Youth Boxing

Shape Tomorrow's Champions! Introduce your young ones (ages 10-17) to the thrilling world of boxing in our youth boxing class. Under the guidance of our skilled instructors, they'll learn the fundamentals of boxing, gain unshakable self-confidence, and develop discipline while staying active and having a blast. This class is no contact boxing.

Bootcamp 

Prepare for the Ultimate Challenge! Brace yourself for a 5 to 6-week fitness odyssey like no other. Our Bootcamp Challenge is a whirlwind blend of cardio, strength, agility, and endurance exercises that will push you to your limits and beyond. (Class is by sign up only)
